How does Click & Collect work? 
Confirm your order online via Harveynichols.sa. Once you have ordered your items, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirming your purchase detailing your date for collection, in-store. 

All confirmed Collect-In-Store orders with be available for your collection within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.  

Where can I collect my Collect-In-Store orders? 
Collect-In-Store orders will be available for collection, in-store, from Harvey Nichols Riyadh ONLY. During events, promotions, and sales, Collect-In-Store may not be available. 

What if my Collect-In-Store order is delayed? 
In rare circumstances, orders may be delayed. We will be sure to notify customers of any delays. Solutions will be carefully arranged to ensure Collect-In-Store order(s) are received in a timely and efficient manner. 

Can I cancel my Collect-In-Store order? 
Yes. Once orders have been confirmed they can be modified & canceled. Once the item is collected by the customer, in-store, you can either return or exchange the item.

How long do I have to collect my Collect-In-Store order(s) once it has arrived in-store? 
All Collect-In-Store orders are to be collected within 3 business days from the date received via your notification of collection by email and/or SMS. If you are unable to collect your Collect-In-Store order within the allocated time, we may choose to sell your order to another customer and/or return the item(s) you’re your order back to the shop floor.

What documents must I show while picking up my Collect-In-Store order(s)?
Customers must provide a copy of their Collect-In-Store order(s) confirmation invoice at the time of collection. You will also need to provide your unique one-time pick-up code (printed or via phone), as well as photo identification. 

In the case that you choose to send someone else to pick up your Collect-In-Store order, they will be asked to provide your unique one-time pick-up code (printed or via phone) and photo identification at the time of collection. No orders will be handed over without all of the above proof.
