With our Collect-In-Store Service customers can collect and return orders made online at the Harvey Nichols Riyadh store only.

To Issue a Return for an item booked via the Collect-In-Store service:

• Simply head to your HN account, select the “Returns Request” option then click on the relevant order/item that you wish to return.
• Once steps are completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique returns number (RMA)
• Take your unique RMA, Original invoice, the item you wish to return (in original packaging) and your returns confirmation email with you to the Harvey Nichols Riyadh store, and we will process the return for you in-store.
