Collect In Store

Return & exchange Policy

All items booked via our Collect-In-store service from Harveynichols.sa that you would like to return or exchange must be:

  • Unused
  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • In original condition; and
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Full priced merchandise booked and purchased via the Collect-In-Store service can be returned in-store:

  • Within 3 days from the date of receiving your collection confirmation email, in order to receive a refund; Applicable refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase or;
  • Within 7 days from the date of receiving your collection confirmation email, in order to be exchanged in-store

Discounted merchandise booked and purchased via the Collect-In-Store service can be exchanged in-store:

  • Within 3 days from the date of receiving your collection confirmation email
  • No Refunds can be made on discounted merchandise

No refund or exchange available on:

  • Altered garments, eveningwear gowns, dresses, Ramadan Caravan Collections, evening bags, intimates, swimwear, lingerie, accessories, fragrances and cosmetics
