The collection of confirmed Collect-In-Store orders is available at Harvey Nichols Riyadh at Mode Al Faisaliah, only. Please note, during major sale events and promotions, Collect-In-Store may be temporarily unavailable.

We will contact you via email and SMS (where a mobile number is provided) once your order is ready for collection. Orders will be available for collection within 3 business days from the date the order is placed.
During peak seasons or during a time when items are unavailable, delays may be expected. We will notify you of any delays and ensure alternative arrangements.

Collect-In-Store orders can be cancelled once your order has been confirmed by contacting our customer service team.

For confirmed Collect-In-Store orders, customers will be notified when order is ready for collection from the Harvey Nichols Riyadh store from where it can be collected by the customer in person. An option to exchange or return the purchase will then become available, after purchase has been completed in-store at the time of collection.

All Collect-In-Store orders have the same return policy as the Harvey Nichols Riyadh store return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to the Harvey Nichols Riyadh store, in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase. We will issue you with a full refund upon proof of purchase.  Please provide a printed copy of the receipt or invoice for the purchased item (this is emailed to you as a confirmation of your purchase). Collect-In-Store orders must be collected within 3 days from the date you are notified by email that your order is ready for collection. If your order is not collected within this time, the relevant Collect-In-Store facility has the right to allocate those goods to another customer.
When collecting your items at the Collect-In-Store desk at Harvey Nichols Riyadh, you are required to supply a copy of your Collect-In-Store notification email with its unique Pickup Code (printed or on your smart phone) and photo identification.
A representative is required to supply a copy of your Collect-In-Store notification email with its unique Pickup Code (printed or on their smart phone) and photo identification at the time of collection. You agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.

Harvey Nichols reserves the right to change or discontinue the Collect in Store service at any time, without notice.
